A written record of what your body can do right now, set against your work and your week, and measured again every month. Reports like this are normally ordered by an insurer or an employer, and they go to them. This one is ordered by you, and it goes to you.

  • Every measure is dated and compared only with you.

  • Findings in plain sentences you can act on without me.

  • What the measures cannot tell us yet, in writing.

  • Signed, and written so your physio, coach or physician can read it.

Registered Kinesiologist and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist with 10+ years of clinical experience in post-surgical rehab, chronic pain, workplace injuries, and sports performance.

I have epilepsy from a TBI in my twenties. Every program I have written for myself was built around a week I could not fully predict.

That same clinical judgment now goes to clients trainers can't handle, and people healthcare ran out of time for. If your body sets terms you did not agree to, I am here to help.
