Term starts with your assessment. Ninety minutes, then a written capacity report and a video walkthrough within five business days.
The $339 is not refunded. It covers half of month one and your report is yours either way. A missed session is not refunded, and one rebook is available at my discretion.Agreement
Five minutes. Works on mobile.Opens in BoldSign. You type your name and sign; nothing to print or scan.Read section 4 properly. It is the one about what sits outside this service.I countersign once I have read your intake, and you get a copy back.
Onboarding Call
Forty-five minutes, video.Book it as early as you can. More lead time means more preparation, and the session is better for it.Pick a slot at least three days out, so your intake has time to land before we talk.
Health Intake
Twenty minutes, mostly tick boxes.Injury history, medical background, and what a normal week actually looks like for you.Have any recent medical notes or written restrictions nearby, if you have them.Due 24 hours before your call. This is the only hard deadline on this page.
One more thing before we talk.
Add me on WhatsApp. Do it now. It's where everything day-to-day happens, and it's where the next part goes. Then record yourself for two or three minutes. Three questions:
Why now?
What's actually in the way?
What are you hoping to achieve in four months?
First take. No script. Bad lighting is fine.
This is the first thing in your file. I keep it and play it back during your exit call. Most people can't remember how they described this at the start, and hearing it next to twelve weeks of their own data is the clearest evidence of change they get.
Set up your space. About two metres square, and something to prop your phone or laptop on side-on rather than facing you. Train in whatever you normally train in, shoes on.
Leave your training alone until the assessment. Everything I build comes off what I measure that day, so I need your real starting point
What happens next
-
Before your session.
Your intake is due twenty-four hours ahead. I read it and build the session from it. If something in it needs a physician's eyes before we load you, I will tell you, and we will work around it while that gets sorted.
-
Your assessment.
Ninety minutes on video. Movement screening, capacity testing, and history. I will ask about work demands, sleep, prior injuries, current restrictions from other providers, and what you have already tried.
-
What you send me.
A video every day, twenty to sixty seconds, of whatever you are working on. Alongside it, anything you want to raise. You have priority response, so anything before 5 PM ET comes back the same business day.
-
What I send you.
Three weeks out of four, a short check-in with what I am seeing in your footage and your logged data, and one thing to focus on. In the fourth week you get a written capacity report instead, with a video walkthrough: measured change, what I am adjusting and why, and whether we should add a call.
-
Every week.
You message me whenever something comes up, by text or voice memo, and anything sent before 5 PM ET gets an answer the same business day. Once a week, I send you a short check-in with what I am seeing in your training and one thing to focus on. It arrives on its own, so there is nothing you need to submit to trigger it.
-
Upcoming calls.
Three are already scheduled, at the start, the midpoint and the close, and extra ones get booked off the monthly report when something needs talking through. The exit call covers your final report, your compiled video and the entry you recorded before we started. Continuing past four months is a separate agreement.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Send one when you can. The daily video is the mechanism that lets me adjust your programming based on what your body is actually doing, so a gap costs you accuracy rather than getting you in trouble.
-
They stay in WhatsApp, which is end-to-end encrypted, and I keep them for the length of your Term so I can compile them for your exit call. They are never used publicly or promotionally without your written permission at the time. You own your footage.
-
Yes, and I would rather know they exist. If another provider has given you restrictions, their instructions take precedence over mine and I program around them.
-
No. Your capacity report is a training document, not a medico-legal one. It is not a functional capacity evaluation and it is not prepared to any adjudicative standard, so it cannot go into a hearing, a claim or an independent medical examination. If you need something for that, you need an assessment carried out for that purpose.
-
I will tell you and refer you to the right category of provider. Depending on what it is, Term usually keeps running alongside that care on the physical side. Working next to another clinician is normal here rather than a problem. You do not have to prove you have care in place, and cost is not held against you.
-
The payment is not refunded because the ninety minutes were held for you and cannot be given to anybody else that late. I will rebook you once. Tell me as early as you can, and it is usually a reschedule rather than a miss.
-
Injury, illness, a medical emergency or significant hardship pauses Term rather than ending it, for up to ninety days. On instalments, billing pauses too.
-
After the fourth payment if you are paying monthly, or after the third if your assessment covered part of month one. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel.
-
That is a normal outcome and sometimes it is the right one. The report is yours, and if it tells you that you do not need Term, I will say so in the walkthrough.
