Five minutes. Works on mobile.Opens in BoldSign. You type your name and sign; nothing to print or scan.Read it rather than scrolling to the bottom. It is short, and it says what it means.I countersign once I have read your intake, and you get a copy back.
Onboarding Call
Forty-five minutes, video. We go through your program structure, your app access, and what week one is actually for.Pick a slot at least three days out, so your intake has time to land before we talk.
Health Intake
Twenty minutes, mostly tick boxes.Injury history, medical background, and what a normal week actually looks like for you.Have any recent medical notes or written restrictions nearby, if you have them.Due 24 hours before your call. This is the only hard deadline on this page.
One more thing before we talk.
Add me on WhatsApp. Do it now. It's where everything day-to-day happens, and it's where the next part goes. Then record yourself for two or three minutes. Three questions:
Why now?
What's actually in the way?
What are you hoping to achieve in twelve weeks?
First take. No script. Bad lighting is fine.
This is the first thing in your file. I keep it and play it back during your exit call. Most people can't remember how they described this at the start, and hearing it next to twelve weeks of their own data is the clearest evidence of change they get.
Write down what a normal week looks like. Work hours, sleep, when you'd realistically train. The schedule I build is only as good as the availability I'm given.
What happens next
-
Countersignature
Within one business day of your intake. I read your intake in full and countersign the agreement. You get a copy by email and that is when the agreement takes effect. If your intake shows something outside my scope, I will tell you before you start and refund you in full.
-
Your onboarding call.
Forty-five minutes. We go through what your program is going to look like, get you into the app, and agree what week one is actually for. Bring the honest version of your week, not the version you wish were true.
-
Program build.
I build it after the call, from your intake and what we cover on it. Your app invite arrives when the program is ready, usually within two to three days, and it comes as a separate email from Everfit.
-
Week one.
Starting weights are prescribed based on your training history and adjusted using your logged responses. Record the actual weight and reps, and flag any set you stopped early and why. Week one logging sets the trajectory for the rest of the cycle.
-
Every week.
You message me whenever something comes up, by text or voice memo, and anything sent before 5 PM ET gets an answer the same business day. Once a week, I send you a short check-in with what I am seeing in your training and one thing to focus on. It arrives on its own, so there is nothing you need to submit to trigger it.
-
Block transitions and exit.
A call every four to six weeks to review progress and set the objective for the next block. At the end of the twelve weeks, there is an exit call, and continuing is a separate decision.
Frequently Asked Questions
-
Tell me. Missed weeks get programmed around, and that only works if I know. A week off after an illness or a bad stretch at work is a normal part of a twelve-week cycle.
-
Stop the exercise and message me. Sharp joint pain, chest pain, dizziness or shortness of breath out of proportion to effort means stop and contact me, and in a medical emergency call 911 first.
-
We settle this on the onboarding call. Programs are built around what you actually have access to, whether that is a full gym, a rack in a garage, or a set of dumbbells.
-
Send whenever you like, evenings and weekends included. I work through messages in a block each morning, so you get an answer the next business morning. That is deliberate. A considered answer in the morning is worth more than a fast one at dinner.
-
Injury, illness or significant hardship pauses the cycle rather than ending it, for up to ninety days. On monthly payments, billing pauses too.
-
After the third payment if you are paying monthly. There is no renewal and nothing to cancel. At the end of the cycle you decide whether to start another.
-
Yes, and I will raise it if I think you should. Term is a different service rather than an upgrade, so it is a conversation rather than a button.
